We've been using lake Helena storage for coming up on two years. The facility is kept clean and well maintained. The staff has been very courteous as well.
At one point we were going to get in on Thanksgiving, however, the gate key was malfunction so we called to let management know and even though it was a holiday they got back to us immediately and they replaced the panel by the next day.
The only addition I would really appreciate is a restroom or even a port a potty, especially considering the location. Though if necessary there is a close bathroom at the causeway but having young children it is a regular disruption of I'm trying to rearrange or any real shuffling at my unit to go there.“
